The classic round toe ballet flat. Handwoven with buttery-soft umber calf leather that naturally molds to your foot, the ROMA is equal parts effortless and timeless with its low-profile construction and leather lining for all-day comfort. Both dressy and functional, we love this style with jeans and a blazer or baggy trousers.

Our shoes are made from the highest quality leather which will last season after season. Leather is a natural material and will give with wear.

  • 100% Spanish leather in umber closed woven calf. This tannery is a Leather Working Group Approved Trader. Leather Working Group is a tool to evaluate the environmental performance of leather goods manufacturers.
  • Unlined and flexible as a perfect ballet should be.
  • 0.25" rubber heel and sueded leather sole
  • In an effort to be less wasteful and keep your shoes looking good, we applied a thin film to the sole. Please remove and recycle prior to making these yours. If you plan to return, please ensure film is in tact.

This material may feel snug when you first put them on. This is normal as they will need a little breaking in to make them yours. Before you know it, the leather will take the shape of your foot and become your everyday favorite. We suggest wearing them with socks around the house until they soften.

Our tumbled and smooth calf leathers are very high quality and, with proper care, should last for years.

Calf is a durable leather but is still susceptible to marks with wear. To protect the leather, gently wipe the product with a soft, damp cloth and dry the leather immediately after, away from direct heat and sunlight. Then, apply a leather protection cream or wax. Please test the cleaner on a small portion of your shoe to ensure there won't be discoloration before applying all over. We advise against using any cleaning products containing solvents which affect the leather's surface finishing. Also, avoid colored creams. We recommend cleaning periodicially or as needed to keep your FRĒDAs looking brand new.
We have a 7-day return policy on all full priced items, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be postmarked back within 7 days of receiving the return label.
